performance - CPU Spiking on OrchardCMS Azure Website (not webrole) looking to blob storage -


i experiencing poor performance. have orchardcms template pulled down azure, includes little in modules , small ecommerce module have written.

i have read performance discussions , aware of discussions such

scaling orchard azure web sites orchard cms speed issues

i have looked @ samplehost.config in settings no concrete implementation.

is safe if wanting performance need go webroles rather azure websites or missing something.

which web sites tier using? if on free tier, you're sharing virtual machine instances other tenants , can impact performance, if have "noisy neighbors." once move dedicated instances, performance equivalent you'd see web roles (cloud services). goes both compute , bandwidth (and bandwidth shared between external traffic , traffic between compute , storage.
