can add permission when accepting app ask user share public_profile , fan page @ same time? or need use button after?

no it's impossible. can add action application if native ios or android, desctop application. , after action approved can ask permission publsihing actions. , publish action on server side.

c++ - qgraphicsview horizontal scrolling always has a vertical delta -
